Chocolate cake
1 cup Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 1/2 cups sugar 5 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 lb confectionery chocolate 1 lb self-rising flourPreheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, beat the olive oil and sugar and continue by adding the egg yolks, vanilla extract, milk, chocolate cut into small pieces, flour and finally the egg whites which have been beaten stiff. Pour the mixture in an oiled baking tin and bake it for a little less than an hour.
