Almond dip with yogurt
1/2 cup Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 lbs strained yogurt 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup finely chopped dill 1/2 cup whitened, roasted, finely chopped almonds 2 tablespoons lemon juiceWith a fork or a whisk, beat yogurt with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Then add dill and almonds, making sure to combine well.
