Avocado dip
2 tablespoons Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 avocados 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 small grated onion 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 2 tablespoons lemon juicePeel avocado, remove the pit and then mash it in a deep bowl. Add the other ingredients and beat with a whisk until creamy. Garnish with parsley and keep the dip in the refrigerator. Use it to dip appetizers and small vegetable pieces or on meat or fish or even on salads.
