Yogurt dip with dill
2 tablespoons Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2/3 lb strained yogurt 1 tablespoon dried dill 1 mashed garlic clove 1 tablespoon lemon juice salt and pepperIn a deep bowl, beat yogurt with dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Beat until well mixed. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. This dip goes well with vegetables and green salads.
