Yogurt dip with parsley
2 tablespoons Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2/3 lb strained yogurt 2 tablespoons dried parsley 1 small grated onion 1 tablespoon lemon juice salt and pepperBeat yogurt with onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Continue to beat the mixture, adding the olive oil and lemon juice until well mixed. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
