Grilled meat with olive oil and oregano

1/2 cup Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 1/4 lbs meat (any type of meat you prefer)
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon salt

Wash the meat, cut into serving portions, put in a large bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours, turning it on all sides to soak in the marinade.

Grill the meat, basting it from time to time with the marinade until soft and brown.
